My Story
Born and raised by incredible parents in a sleepy New England beach town, surrounded by supportive family and friends, I have been truly blessed in many ways. My parents worked hard to provide me with incredible opportunities, from education to traveling to pursuing my dreams. They also provided me with strength and guidance I will never be able to repay, and taught me to live my life with compassion and kindness. I believe it is because of their love and guidance that I harbor an overwhelming passion to help others, especially those who have not have the same privileges that I have. Inspired by a long-held passion for politics, international relations, and human rights, I attended American University, and graduated with a B.A. in Public Communication with a minor in International Studies. Post-graduation, I moved to New York City, where I spent nearly a decade working for a state and local political media company. There, I organized policy forums, conferences, debates, and other events, bringing together government officials, nonprofit leaders, industry experts, community members, and other stakeholders. In 2021, I took a leap of faith and decided to pursue a legal education at New York Law School. As part of the NYLS Pro Division, I attended school for four years while working full-time, in the hopes of pursuing my passion for social justice and putting my skills to work in the public interest. I graduated cum laude from New York Law School in May 2025, and passed the July 2025 Uniform Bar Examination with a high enough score to practice in any UBE jurisdiction. I look forward to the honor and privilege of practicing public interest law and furthering justice through my career.
